Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard bank cards are also accepted. We do not accept cash deposits or third-party funding.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification procedures.
Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. Unverified accounts must complete KYC before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. jl9jl9 reserves the right to conduct additional checks before releasing funds and may request supporting documentation.
The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated through your account dashboard or upon request to our support team.
